Refund policy
Returns
Items maybe returned for up to 30 days from date of purchase. If 30 days have past since your purchase, only exchanges will be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, have it's orignal tags and be in the same condition in which it was received. It must be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a sales receipt.
Refunds will not be given for any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Refunds will not be given for any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once the return is received and inspected, an email notification will be sent stating that the returned items have been received. Status of the return will be included.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a creditl automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven days.
Sale items (if applicable)
All sales of sale items are final.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items if they are defective or damaged or if a different size is needed.. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at retail@stratton.com detailing the exchange. A new item will be set aside for you and sent out when the orignal item is received.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, Stratton a gift card will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanged items will be shipped by Ground.
If you are returning items with a value of $75 or more, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
